UK Mainland Delivery
We offer mainland shipping via Standard 5-7 Day Delivery, 48H (Two-Working Day) Delivery and Special Delivery Next Day (Including Saturday). Shipping prices are calculated automatically based on the postal address input at checkout. Please choose the postal option that best suits your needs.
UK mainland does not include the following postcodes in the Scottish Highlands: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50.
We aim to dispatch all products within 1-2 working days. If you order before 10AM and choose Special Delivery, we will aim to dispatch your order to you that same day. Please contact us and let us know if your order is urgent. Att busier times of year, like Christmas, we aim for a 3-5 day handling time. For bespoke orders, we will notify you of the expected delivery date.
We offer International Standard Delivery (non tracked) and International Recorded. Prices are calculated automatically based on the postal address input at checkout. Please choose the postal option that best suits your needs.
We hope that you are pleased with your order. Should you wish to return any of the items purchased, you can do so without any reason within 14-days of receipt of purchase. We will be happy to refund or exchange your product provided it is in fully resalable condition. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method used to purchase the goods. Refunds are processed within 14-days of the goods being returned. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable (exceptions apply).
Bespoke orders and embossers customised to your name are considered non-refundable items unless damaged or faulty.
In the event of your order being damaged in transit please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then refund your order including postage costs. We may ask for photographic proof of damage. If external damage is evident on receipt of goods please sign ‘checked and found to be damaged’. Without this we may be unable to process your refund.
Products should be returned to City Company Seals Ltd, 57 Hodgson Ct, Wickford SS11 8XR UK. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless goods are damaged).
